**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage the entire maintenance process of equipment and machinery, plant, services and building installations, both in terms of planning and execution.
- Identify and promptly resolve any failures or technical issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing production efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and quality of operations.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify maintenance needs and priorities and ensure effective communication.
- Manage the budget and allocated resources for maintenance activities, always seeking optimal solutions and continuous improvements.
- Monitor machine performance and propose innovative solutions to increase efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
- Learn and follow all the Freudenberg safety requirements
- Be willing to personally work on machines if necessary, demonstrating competence and technical abilities.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma in mechanical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in managing maintenance of industrial machinery.
- In-depth knowledge of preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance principles.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and ability to make quick decisions.
- Professional-Level English language skills preferred.
