Product and Account Manager - Neoceram – Based in Italy About Us: Neoceram is an international company headquartered in Belgium, with manufacturing facilities in Belgium, Italy, India, and the USA.
We specialize in advanced filling technologies for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and industrial sectors.
Our unique expertise in manufacturing ceramic components, combined with cutting-edge engineering resources and a global presence in key markets (Asia, India, USA, etc.
), enables us to deliver state-of-the-art technological solutions to our customers.
Position: Product and Account Manager – Europe
We are looking for a Product and Account Manager to oversee sales operations and actively contribute to the development of our business in Europe.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products with the goal of increasing sales and market share.
Key Responsibilities: Achieving growth and sales targets in the assigned regions.Supporting the implementation of Neoceram technologies for new customers.Consulting with potential customers to understand their needs and recommending the most suitable solutions (equipment, products, and services).Managing post-sale issues and resolving any challenges to ensure efficient sales operations.Collaborating with management to develop sales strategies and set sales quotas.Preparing sales budgets and providing regular reports on activities.Representing the company at industry events and trade association meetings.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, economics, or marketing (preferred but not essential).Proven experience in sales, technical-sales roles, or customer relationship management.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.Experience in filling/dispensing technologies or advanced technologies for the pharmaceutical sterile industry is a plus.Fluent in English (mandatory), French (preferred), and additional languages are an asset.What We Offer: Permanent contract.An opportunity for professional growth in a constantly expanding sector.If you identify with this description and are looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and growing market, please send your CV to: ******.
