As part of a fast-paced and dynamic group, our consultants offer strategic advice on financial, business and operating models to national and multinational clients, with a strong focus on financial and insurance industries. You will join our Strategy professionals in Milan and will contribute to first-class projects, developing unique skills. You will support senior colleagues in: Conducting insightful analysis using relevant financial methodologies on company evaluations and given investmentsConducting market analysis, business planning and financial modellingDefining and modelling strategic options and alternative investments, including market scenarios and SWOT analysisCreating reports about consolidation and results Collecting, elaborating, analyzing economic and financial dataNational and international database researchMeetings with C-level clientsJoining cross-functional (i.e. extraordinary operations) or international meetings and teams (i.e. cross-border projects)To be the successful candidate you will have:1 to 3 years experience in Strategy ConsultingAn excellent Master's degree in Business or Management EngineeringKnowledge of budget breakdownKnowledge of the Financial Services industryProficiency in English, ideally improved through an educational/working experience abroadExcellent knowledge of MS Office suiteYou are a problem solver who never lose his/her focus, can easily build strong relationships and fosters collaboration. You are able to inspire confidence in our clients and empower change through high motivation and enthusiasm.
