Our mission is to work side by side with our customers in order to improve patients' lives by bringing new biopharmaceuticals to market.Main Activities:Develop environmental and sustainability activitiesContribute to the preparation of the documentation under the responsibility of the Sustainability function to comply with the requirements of the CSRD regulationsResearch on reporting standards, competitor performance and stakeholder trends with regards to sustainabilityManage critical ESG aspects to ensure compliance with all applicable regulationsDevelop and manage stakeholder engagement activitiesDefine, coordinate and implement KPIs and monitoring plan for ESG strategiesRedefine processes from a circular perspectiveDevelop Carbon Neutrality plansSupport the corporate functions responsible for internal and external communication on sustainability issuesMain Qualifications:Working experience of at least 2 years in a similar roleStrong affinity with SustainabilityDegree in Engineering or a relevant field as Environment, Energy or ChemicalKnowledge of European, environmental regulations, ESG and standardsExperience in energy, water and waste managementKnowledge of monitoring and quantification of GHG emissions (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, ISO: 14067...) or equivalent exams at university levelKnowledge of life cycle and carbon footprint analysis tools and methodologiesBasic knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and workflows will be a plusFluent verbal and written English knowledgeOur culture at AGC Biologics is defined by the six core values: Knowledge, Trust, Quality, Ingenuity, Accountability and Teamwork.
