Grafton srl è alla ricerca per importante gruppo di Residenze Sanitarie Assistite, di un/a SENIOR ACCOUNTING & CONTROLLING Il candidato/a ideale attento e dedicato si unirà al team per la gestione di un gruppo di Residenze Sanitarie Assistite in Italia (Regioni del Nord, prevalentemente Piemonte, Lombardia, Emilia-Romagna). Il gruppo in oggetto, direttamente controllato da un investitore estero, si occupa della gestione operativa delle RSA direttamente e/o con contratti di appalto/sub-appalto (e.g. appalti di servizi).Il/la candidato/a supporterà il dipartimento finanziario eseguendo – a riporto diretto del CFO - una varietà di compiti amministrativi e di contabilità, tra cui l'elaborazione delle transazioni (ciclo attivo e passivo), la gestione dei business plan del gruppo e l'assistenza nelle attività di budgeting e rendicontazione.Il candidato dovrà interfacciarsi con tutte le controllate del gruppo, coordinandone l'attività e controllando l'evoluzione di costi e ricavi delle stesse (vs obiettivi di budget annuali e business plan pluriennale).Responsabilità:Elaborare le transazioni di contabilità fornitori e clienti in modo accurato e tempestivo.Riconciliare le fatture, verificare i dati finanziari e garantire la conformità con le politiche e le procedure finanziarie.Analisi actual vs budget dei costi e ricavi del gruppo e delle singole strutture controllateGestire ciclo attivo e passivoSupporto alle attività di controllo di gestioneSupporto alla redazione del bilancio (annuale e bilanci provvisori trimestrali)Supporto nella gestione delle tematiche fiscali, contabili con studio esternoSupporto nella gestione delle tematiche IVA, particolarmente rilevanti per il settore sanitarioCollaborazione puntuale e costante con studio commerciale esternoBudgeting e Rendicontazione:Supportare il Responsabile Finanziario nella preparazione dei budget, dei cash flow, delle previsioni finanziarie e del Business plan pluriennaleAssistere nella preparazione di rapporti finanziari mensili, trimestrali e annuali.Supporto Amministrativo:Eseguire compiti amministrativi per il gruppo, coordinando le attività delle controllate (singole strutture).Coordinarsi con altri dipartimenti per raccogliere informazioni finanziarie e risolvere eventuali discrepanze.Qualifiche:Laurea in economiaEsperienza pregressa in un ruolo finanziario o contabile, preferibilmente in un ambiente sanitario o in settore con tematiche legate alla gestione dell'IVA (e.g. formazione, sanità)Familiarità con software di contabilità e ottima competenza di excel.Competenze e Abilità:Forte attenzione ai dettagli e capacità organizzative.Result-drivenCuriosità ed attitudine al problem solvingEccellenti capacità numeriche e analitiche.Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e come parte di un team.Buone capacità di comunicazione e interpersonali.Capacità di gestire informazioni sensibili e riservate con discrezione.Ottima conoscenza della lingua ingleseAmbiente di Lavoro:Dinamico ed internazionale con ottime possibilità di crescitaInterazione con CFO e singole strutture di cui si dovrà controllare, a livello di gruppo, l'evoluzione di costi e ricaviOfferta: Sede di lavoro Roma con trasferte a Milano /Piemonte e EmiliaTempo indeterminato Ral 45/55k #J-18808-Ljbffr
