Qualche numero: 50+ Countries 35+ Years of Experience 98% Export 40+ Employees Offerta Il Senior PLC Engineer, inserito nel Team Automation, si occuperà di sviluppo ed implementazione software PLC, in ambiente principalmente Siemens, diagnosi per sistemi automatici di processi e macchine in ambiente industriale complesso.
Collaborerà con le funzioni aziendali per sviluppare i progetti.
Dopo provata capacità di coordinamento, rivestirà il ruolo di Responsabile per la Divisione Automazione, composto attualmente da quattro risorse.
Coordinerà il Team, assegnando i progetti e supervisionando gli stessi in vista del raggiungimento degli obiettivi concordati.
Nello specifico, avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Progettazione delle architetture HW delle macchine e impianti e redazione della documentazione di progetto Definizione dell'architettura e progettazione del software; Realizzazione specifiche per progettazione quadro elettrico (schema elettrico e costruzione realizzato risorse esterne) Programmazione sistemi PLC su piattaforme come Siemens e Omron e Allen Bradley per lo sviluppo delle logiche e l'interfacciamento con il campo e i sistemi terzi Creazione di interfacce di supervisione HMI e SCADA; In parte, progettazione di programmi robot antropomorfi (Kuka, Kawasaki, Omron) Ingegnerizzazione del sistema Interfaccia con fornitori per la definizione e/o lo sviluppo dei dettagli della fornitura esterna Ottimizzare la progettazione del prodotto e migliorare il time to market per la progettazione SW Supportare e implementare soluzioni tecnologiche più elevate con un know-how trasversa Messa in servizio delle macchine e impianti in sede (test finale di accettazione con test 100% delle funzionalità) e messa in servizio presso cliente (trasferte brevi) Attività di assistenza sulle macchine installate (prevalentemente da remoto) Dopo un periodo di training, Coordinamento tecnico dei progetti, coordinamento delle attività del Team, distribuzione dei carichi di lavoro e formazione interna Competenze ed esperienza L'Automation PLC Engineer è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria meccatronica/elettronica/dell'automazione o diploma tecnico equivalente (il titolo accademico costituisce un plus); Esperienza pregressa nello sviluppo software e messa in servizio di automazioni di media/alta complessità Almeno cinque anni di esperienza nella mansione Esperienza nel Pacchetto Siemens Tiaportal v17 [Plc & Touch Panel] Conoscenza PLC Siemens e relativo ambiente di sviluppo S7 Professional Conoscenza PLC Allen Bradley Esperienza nella Configurazione Driver Siemens G120 e S120 Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Saranno valutati positivamente i seguenti ulteriori requisiti: Precedenti esperienza nell'integrazione di sistemi di visone Spiccata capacità di lavoro in gruppo e orientamento al risultato Conoscenze elettriche (esperienza in officina elettrica o sul campo); Programmazione robot Il ruolo non prevede trasferte, se non occasionali e di breve durata, in ottica customer centricity.
L'assistenza al cliente sarà operata da remoto.
Completano il profilo: proattività, orientamento al risultato, attitudine al Team Working, capacità gestionale di risorse e progetti complessi.
