The position will report to the Manager of Consolidations.Position SummaryThe Global Corporate Accounting, Reporting, and Consolidations Group is committed to developing, implementing, and championing best-in-class consolidations, accounting, and reporting practices. This position will provide an opportunity to become a OneStream and SAP subject matter expert. OneStream is the Company's consolidation and corporate performance management application, and SAP is the main ERP used for the general ledger. The individual will collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and operational leaders, external implementation consultants, and the information technology department. This individual contributor will apply a mix of analytical, functional, technical, and administrative skills to consolidate the Company's financial results and perform the day-to-day administration of OneStream.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in the OneStream Consolidation platformAssure U.S. GAAP and IFRS Financial Accounting and Reporting complianceAssist in the coordination of month-end close and monthly consolidation process with the Company's various global legal entitiesAssist in the maintenance of the accounting/controlling modules of SAP (FI-CO modules of SAP ECC and SAP S/4) for the configuration of the Financial Statements submitted by the legal entities for the consolidation in OneStreamAssist in providing key reports to the broader Accounting and Finance organizationMaintain user administration, setup of new users, assigning roles and access levels within OneStream Consolidations and Account Reconciliations platformsEnsure system configuration and development activities follow change management policiesParticipate in implementations, upgrades, and optimizations of financial systemsContribute to continuous improvement of processesWork with internal and external auditors to provide audit request itemsAssist in special projects, as neededQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting required4+ years accounting experience required; public accounting experience preferredExperience with OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), or similar CPM application preferredExperience with SAP (FI-CO modules of SAP ECC and SAP S/4)Knowledge of finance & accounting business processes such as close and consolidations, internal and external financial reporting, and account reconciliationsAbility to work in a cross-functional team environment across multiple levels of managementExpert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Type of PositionFull timeLimited to no travel requiredOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:LivaNova values equality and celebrates diversity.
