Descrizione azienda Il nostro cliente è una importante società di ingegneria del settore energy.
Per la sede di Milano ricerchiamo un/una: Posizione PIPING DEPARTMENT LEADER La risorsa sarà responsabile delle attività afferenti al dipartimento, in particolare si occuperà di: Gestire e coordinare le risorse all'interno del dipartimento, garantendo la corretta esecuzione delle attività e favorendo la crescita e lo sviluppo del team Definire la strategia di dipartimento e pianificare le modalità di sviluppo dell'ingegneria di disciplina per i progetti gestiti, dalla definizione della lista documenti di ingegneria alla definizione del programma preliminare delle attività Verificare e monitorare la stima ore dei progetti in corso gestendo e segnalando scostamenti significativi Monitorare lo sviluppo dell'ingegneria di disciplina affidata al team e/o ai subappaltatori (meccanizzazione P&ID, studi di layout e tubazioni, assegnazione classi di linea, elaborazione MTO) Partecipare alle attività di coordinamento e verifica dei progetti in corso con i PEM e la Direzione Interfaccia con i dipartimenti coinvolti nell'elaborazione delle offerte Requisiti Desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidati che siano in possesso di una solida esperienza, di almeno 10/15 anni, in ruoli analoghi maturati nel settore impiantistico, energy o oil&gas.
Richiediamo una laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica oppure un diploma tecnico con specializzazione in ambito meccanico.
Si richiede inoltre un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Completano il profilo ideale eccellenti capacità di analisi, pianificazione e organizzazione delle attività, gestione efficace del team e un forte orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati.
