With a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, we are continuously growing and looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team.Reporting to the CS Project and Planning Manager the Customer Service Project Manager will be part of the project management customer service team and will manage machinery's upgrade of our customers and coordinate service and technical support.Key Responsibilities:Define installation schedules at customer sitesEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Coordinate internal and external technicians during activities at customer sites.Interface with customers to share the progress of projects with them.Manage internal activities related to the design and implementation of machinery upgrade.Monitor cost trends of all activitiesManage service activities (technician request, order request from customer)Create machinery security documentationMaintain update reports of visits and technical support at customers sitesPrepare installation quotes for machinery upgrades interfacing with sales and technical departmentTo succeed in this role you should have:Techanical diploma or degree in Engineering3-5 years of proven experience within machinery manufacturing fast-paced enviromentFluent spoken and written both English and Italian, plus another languageProficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is desiredAvailable to travel all the time requestedExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skillsProblem solving skillsGoal-oriented and customer focusAble to work under pressureTeam workingWhat we offer:Be a part of dynamic and international teamEnjoy career growth and development opportunities in a global company.Be part of an organization committed to innovation and excellenceOnboarding planInternal canteen free of chargeLong life learning
