Job OverviewTE Connectivity's project management is responsible for organizing the operational aspects of projects from inception to implementation. The project manager coordinates cross-departmental teams and serves as a connection between project management and planning, the project teams, and line management. The Project Manager reviews the status of projects and budgets, organizes schedules, and prepares status reports. She/he evaluates project-related problems and develops solutions to comply with specifications and goals in the areas of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. She/he will also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervening and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for projects within assigned business areaLead assigned core teams to achieve established goalsClearly communicate roles, expectations, and responsibilities to team members on a regular basis using a cross-functional KPI processEstablish and coordinate design reviews, Design of Experiment (DoE), and continuous improvement activitiesInitiation and maintenance of project-related change and risk managementManagement of interfaces within the project teams with a problem-solving and action-leading approachCommunication to all internal and external stakeholders concerning the project status and activitiesWhat your background should look like:Project Management ExperienceEnglish and ItalianABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY:
