Data Operations Analyst
La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno del Global Rx Control & Support Team e avrà la responsabilità della preparazione e mantenimento di tutta la reportistica di produzione a livello internazionale, in affiancamento ad altre risorse già presenti. Dovrà garantire l'integrità, la qualità e la disponibilità dei dati, supportando le decisioni strategiche attraverso l'analisi, con particolare attenzione al miglioramento dei KPI e dei processi produttivi.
Titolo di studi:
- Laurea in facoltà tecnico scientifiche STEM, con particolare focus a laureati nell'ambito tecnico/Ingegneristico
Responsabilità principali:
- Preparare e mantenere report di produzione a livello internazionale.
- Assicurare l'integrità, la qualità e la disponibilità dei dati.
- Supportare le decisioni strategiche attraverso analisi dei dati.
- Concentrarsi sul miglioramento dei KPI e dei processi produttivi.
- Collaborare con il team globale per ottimizzare i processi e migliorare le performance.
Competenze necessarie:
- Esperienza, seppur breve, in ruoli similari in contesti produttivi strutturati
- Lingua inglese fluente (scritta e parlata).
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, con particolare attenzione a Excel.
- Eccellente capacità di analisi.
- Attenzione ai dettagli e forte orientamento alla qualità dei dati.
- Comunicare efficacemente con diverse figure/ruoli a livello internazionale.
- Abilità nel gestire più compiti contemporaneamente rispettando le scadenze richieste.
Si offre:
- Contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato con RAL commisurata all'esperienza maturata
- E' previsto un primo periodo di formazione in produzione, al fine di capire e conoscere tutti i processi produttivi e le dinamiche operative
