Le Principali attività Garantire lo svolgimento delle attività progettuali volte alla definizione e all'evoluzione dei processi di After Sales (e.g. introduzione nuovi prodotti, evoluzione dei canali di assistenza tecnica).Analisi e Monitoraggio dei processi After Sales con l'obiettivo di individuare continue azioni correttive volte al miglioramento dei processi e della customer experience, garantendo al contempo il rispetto del Budget di struttura.Gestione della relazione con i team interni (e.g. Logistica) ed esterni (Customer Care, Finance, Technology ecc…) alla Supply Chain.Realizzazione in autonomia di analisi e presentazioni ad hoc sui KPI di propria competenza (e.g. NPS).Requisiti richiesti: Laurea specialistica preferibilmente in Economia e Management, Ingegneria gestionaleGradita esperienza acquisita in progetti di mappatura e re-design dei processiOttima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolar modo di MS Excel e MS Power Point e MS AccessAffinità col project management e ottima capacità di adattamento a contesti di lavoro dinamici e complessiCapacità di lavorare in teamBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scrittaSi offe contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi.
