In this position you will schedule the arrival of material on time to ensure continuity in production by optimizing inventory value, by collaborating with all the department to carry out business and meets the customer demands.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Analyzing and confirming job order proposed by the system (APS)
- Planning and prioritizing operations to maximum performance and minimum delay
- Supervising jobs to ensure they will finish on time
- Addressing issues when they arise to minimize disruption
- Keeping paperwork organized
- Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality
- Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met
- Promptly advising the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules
- Checking and setting parameters in the system to be sure to optimize the level of stock of the parts

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge in Math and Statistics
- Proficiency in Italian (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of English language
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
- Experience in ERP systems
- Knowledge in process, manufacturing industry or in a similar segment
