Informazioni lavoroData aperto: 05/08/2024Tipo di lavoro: PermanentSettore: IndustrialCittà: Sesto FiorentinoStato/Provincia: ToscanaCAP: 50019Paese: ItalyDescrizione lavoroAre you an autistic person and wish to work in an inclusive environment that aims to value the unique qualities of each person?For an international client in the Aerospace, Defense, Transportation and Security sectors, Specialisterne Italia is searching for a Defense System Engineer – Telecom&Security to join the team.The candidate will fill the role of Bids and Projects System Engineer in both Customer and R&D contexts, particularly for Defense business.Responsibilities:To scout continuously the Defense Market and the company's Products Portfolio in order to find innovative solutions, following especially the digital transformation trend.To analyze and understand the customer needs or R&D Call specifications, in order to well define and manage the related low/high level requirements.To design complex Telecom and Security Systems, allowing to meet stakeholders' expectations and in compliance with assigned budget, risks mitigation, quality constraints, project schedule, technology roadmap and business strategy.To manage the vendors Subcontracts from technical point of view.To support the relevant specialists in order to guarantee Cyber-by-Design.To elaborate all engineering documentation, e.G.
Product Breakdown Structure, Architecture, Interconnection Diagrams, Functional Specifications, Interfaces Control Details, Test Procedures and O&M Manuals.To ensure the project technical integration and carry out integration, verification and validation tests.To contribute to the main bid/project engineering reviews.To formalize and demonstrate the selected solution to the customer.Location: Sesto FiorentinoWork method: Hybrid (in-person + remote working)RequisitiRequired skills:Graduated in Engineering Master Degree (Telecommunication, Electronic Systems or Informatics).Worked on System Requirement Management and Technical Specification Writing.Work Experience on Projects with High Technological Contents, e.G.
SDR (Software Defined Radio), 5G Applications, Radar, Antennas, anti UAV, VHF, Microwaves or Sonar, where the leading of engineering activities was foreseen, in particular with a Design-To-Cost approach and a V Cycle methodology.Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.Customer facing skills (presentations/meetings).Planning and Reporting skills.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.Able to coordinate with external contractors and suppliers.Able to work in a various environment: in office, smart working and construction sites.Able to effectively achieve objectives in teamwork.Able to perform in multicultural and multilanguage environment.Preferred skills:Experience in the Defense Business & Market, with focus on Security needs for Military and Civil Critical Infrastructures.Agile / Continuous Improvement approach.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Project).Management and Engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, JIRA, Palma.BenefitAt Specialisterne, we offer autistic individuals the opportunity to work in companies that have partnered with us for a journey of awareness and training on neurodiversity and autism .Additionally, we assign a Job Coach to each hired person throughout their employment, acting as a mediator between the employee and the company to provide support and strategies to both parties.#J-18808-Ljbffr
