For our own projects, we are looking for: MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION ENGINEER JUNIOR Ref code: CR_2411-100_ Maintenance & Inspection Engineer Junior Job summary MISSION: The ideal candidate should have experience in tendering phase (drafting of technical annexes / economical offer development), follow-up of maintenance-oriented continuous improvement projects and predictive maintenance.
TASKS: Support the Proposal Manager in reviewing the project technical documentation in respect to the contractual requirements;Support the Proposal manager in the development of technical annexes and cost estimation.Assist Tendering department during the development of OPEX estimate;Address safety aspects in all procedures and documents;Prepare the maintenance engineering execution plan;Identify, collect and process maintenance related design data from technical disciplines and vendors to build-up a comprehensive plant asset register which includes all the maintainable equipment;Organize the plant asset database;Plan maintenance strategies, procedures and tasks according to either the original equipment manufacturer data or the results of the performed reliability centered maintenance analysis and risk based inspection program;Develop maintenance and inspection programs of plant equipment according to their criticality;Collect project data and maintainability figures to perform the risk and reliability analysis, i.e. RBI and RCM;Support plant design and layout of the facilities to make sure the accessibility and maintainability requirements are properly addressed;Liaise with project design team, engineering service providers and vendors;Support the Head of Department in liaising with client representatives.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.1/2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector is an added value.Good level of English, written and spoken.Proven work experience as Maintenance & Inspection engineer.Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, Instrumentation systems.Ability to read system schematics.Troubleshooting skills.Understanding of safety procedures.Good communication and training skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Data Base like ACCESS or similar.OTHER DETAILS: Job Location: Milan, Italy.Contract Duration: 1 year (extendable).Starting Date: January 2025.Profile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit and potential.
