ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Corporate Learning Intern at H-FARM Business School, you will support the Corporate Learning team in the delivery of customized learning solutions for corporate clients.
This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business education, project management, and client relations.
You will collaborate with internal teams, faculty, and corporate partners to ensure the successful execution of learning programs.
This is a valuable role for someone looking to start a career in corporate learning or education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development and delivery of corporate training programs, assisting with program design, logistics, and implementation to ensure seamless execution.
Assist in client engagement, supporting the team in maintaining communication with corporate clients, gathering requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Help organize and manage program logistics, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and coordination with vendors for program delivery.
Support the administrative management of projects, assisting with contract management, invoicing, and tracking project progress to ensure compliance with deadlines.
Assist in monitoring and evaluation activities, gathering participant feedback and supporting the analysis of program effectiveness to provide insights for improvement.
Contribute to the preparation of reports, including summaries of program outcomes and feedback, for both internal use and client review.
Support market research activities, helping to identify trends and opportunities in corporate training to assist the team in business development.
REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., management engineering or other engineering fields, business, economics, management).
Strong interest in corporate learning, education, and training, with a desire to develop skills in these areas.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new tools as needed.
Fluency in both Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
