Le nostre piattaforme di produzione flessibili presenti in oltre 50 sedi globali forniscono oltre 70 miliardi di dosi a più di 1.000 clienti ogni annoIl Technical Department Leader è responsabile di organizzare i piani di lavoro per la BU assegnata in base alla programmazione, assicurando l'efficienza della produzione in conformità alle policy e procedure e, ove richiesto, agisce da punto di riferimento in caso di assenza del BU leader.
Coordina le attività della Business Unit di appartenenza, garantendo l'efficienza, l'implementazione dei progetti Opex, il rispetto della Compliance, dei requisiti EHS e GMP.Il ruolo:Fornire supporto tecnico, ove e quando richiesto, alla BU di appartenenza;Coordinare le attività e i meeting della BU di riferimento;Supportare la continuità della produzione in rispetto dei requisiti di Compliance, GMP ed EHS, in assenza del BU Leader;Validare con il BU leader e la supply chain i programmi di produzione; Realizzare report periodici sull'andamento produttivo, sullo stato degli impianti e sui KPIs richiesti dalla scorecard della BU di appartenenza;Supportare il Global Investigation nella conduzione delle attività di investigazione per deviazioni e quality event critici/maggiori; Verificare periodicamente gli impianti con riguardo ai parametri produttivi e qualitativi, anche attraverso l'attività dei responsabili in turno;Collaborare con il BU Leader nella gestione dei CCF (Change Control Form); Gestire con le diverse funzioni di BU le priorità, assumendo decisioni integrate con più aree funzionali, quali Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Technology e Manutenzione; Garantire il corretto svolgimento degli audit interni e il raggiungimento dei target stabiliti per le ispezioni esterne nella BU di competenza;Definire con il BU Leader il budget in merito a capacità linee e cicli di lavoro analizzando gli scostamenti rispetto agli obiettivi per la propria BU di appartenenza;Gestire i progetti speciali e team interfunzionali per l'implementazione di nuovi processi/procedure anche in team internazionali;Garantire il miglioramento continuo con proposte e/o progetti per l'implementazione di nuovi impianti e nuove macchine, realizzando progetti di Operational Excellence;Realizzare, in collaborazione con il BU leader e la funzione HR, percorsi di sviluppo dei propri collaboratori, anche con attività di training e coaching, rilasciando feedback continui;Partecipare, unitamente alla funzione HR, alle attività di selezione e assessment di candidati per la BU di riferimento, identificando i profili idonei; Collaborare con BU leader e SC nel valutare azioni da intraprendere al fine di soddisfare la domanda inserita a sistemaIl candidato:Esperienza consolidata pregressa nel ruolo in ambito chimico/farmaceutico.Esperienza gestionale consolidata, integrata e/o diversificata in più aree funzionali.Esperienza consolidata di management, supervisione, sviluppo e coordinamento deicollaboratori.Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di progetti e di gruppi di lavoro.Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career
