**BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE PROJECT MANAGER**
**MISSION**:
La posizione, a diretto riporto dell'Operational Excellence Manager, rinforzerà l'intenso programma di Formazione / Coaching e di **supporto progettuale trasversale** a tutti i team e le funzioni organizzative.
Il programma Operational Excellence mira ad introdurre cultura, competenze e strumenti che permettano alle persone attive in azienda di lavorare insieme in maniera efficiente, al fine di offrire al cliente un servizio sempre più tempestivo e con alti standard qualitativi.
Come evoluzione di ciò è stato implementato l'approccio "Business System", un approccio olistico, guidato dalla leadership che interconnette tutti gli attori aziendali per raggiungere gli obiettivi strategici di business, sviluppando una solida **cultura della performance**.
Il programma mira a conseguire tali obiettivi creando un "linguaggio comune e condiviso" grazie all'utilizzo degli strumenti di **Lean Management** ed **Agile** Project Management, oltre tramite obiettivi declinati in un **sistema di gestione delle performance.

**SINTESI RESPONSABILITÀ**:
- Progettare ed erogare le iniziative interne di formazione in ottica di introduzione e consolidamento in Azienda di principi, competenze e strumenti metodologici rispetto alle tematiche di Business System ed Operational Excellence;
- Interfacciarsi con diversificati stakeholder (Membri del Board, Direttori, Head of di tutte le funzioni) al fine di contribuire alla crescita dei colleghi nel definire OKR, KPI e guidare in modo efficace Dialoghi di Performance;
- Contribuire alla personalizzazione del modello di OP.EX.
interno e stimolare l'identificazione di _Best Practice _a livello Global, partecipando agli eventi ed ai team internazionali e gestendo in autonomia le attività di back office del team locale (calcolo KPI, impostazione strumenti e matrici, preparazione materiali );
- Guidare progetti di Root Cause Problem Solving / DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve e Control).
**PROFILO IDEALE**:
- Laurea preferibilmente in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia;
- Seniority professionale di **almeno 3 anni** preferibilmente nella definizione degli OKR (**_Objective Key Results_**) e **KPI**, metodi di **Problem Solving** (es.
PDCA o DMAIC), **disegno e ottimizzazione processi**;
- Esperienza nell'Analisi e nella Definizione KPI / SLA dei processi e nella **Gestione della performance**;
- Conoscenza delle metodologie di Project Management e di organizzazione del lavoro (**Agile**, PMI);
- Conoscenza delle metodologie di Operational Excellence / **Lean Management**;
- Elevata conoscenza dei principali applicativi Microsoft (Excel, Access, PowerPoint);
- Ottima conoscenza della **lingua inglese** (parlata e scritta);
- Elevata **capacità di relazionarsi a livello personale e professionali con diversificati interlocutori**;
- Buone doti di analisi, di elaborazione delle informazioni e di sintesi;
- Capacità organizzative a supporto di un approccio multitasking;
- Capacità di comunicazione ingaggiante e di "lateral leadership";
- Elevata attitudine al lavoro in team;
- **Spirito di iniziativa e creatività**.
**SEDE DI LAVORO**: presso l'HQ in **Milano **(zona centrale) e possibilità di Smart Working (al 50%) regolarizzato con accordo di secondo livello.
Sono previste occasionali trasferte sul territorio.
