Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOBWe are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL).As an Industrialization Engineer you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards and managing the introduction of new products.Main responsibilities:Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholdersDrive unresolved problems to the appropriate groups, by working with technical office, quality, tooling engineeringVerify the work cycle of the components using the data that came from the pre-series areaVerify the accuracy of the BOMVerification of correctness of work cycle declared by avanserie; Verification of correctness of the bill of materials; Field inspection of workpieces by interfacing with: department head, shift leader, area manager, and quality departmentExecution of tests in the departmentInterface with shop floor for execution and validation of tests; Interface with UTfor component design; Verification of eyeglass status transitions.PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou have a Degree in EngineeringYou have at least 2 years of experience in a complex environmentGood Knowledge of MS OfficeYou have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you are proactive and inspire people to be proactive tooYou do not see problems, you just see solutions - and you are great in solving problemsYou love challenges and you take your responsibility seriouslyYou are a flexible person, able to adapt in a context of constant changeYou have strong facilitation and communication skillsAre you ready for this challenge?If yes, we are waiting for you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
