El entorno de trabajo

**Eres**:
- Creativo/a: sabes sorprender a nuestros clientes con tu técnica y crear explosiones de sabores
- Riguroso/a: dominas a la perfección las normas de higiene y seguridad
- Apasionado/a: te gusta transmitir y, ante todo, emocionar a nuestros clientes
**Te encargarás de**:
- Organizar y coordinar a un equipo de 4 a 6 cocineros
- Gestionar los pedidos y las existencias (alimentos calientes, fríos, desayuno)
- Comprobar la disposición y la recarga de los buffets (de 600 a 1000 cubiertos por servicio)
- Proponer un servicio de mesa en el buffet o en el restaurante gourmet lounge personalizando la relación con el cliente
- Garantizar la calidad de las prestaciones, el cumplimiento de las normas de higiene y de seguridad del Club Med, así como, el mantenimiento de las instalaciones
- Estructurar y motivar a los equipos con objetivos definidos y acompañarlos en su desarrollo
