Per_ la sede di Valsamoggia ricerchiamo**Posizione**:
**QUALITY TECHNICIAN
La risorsa, inserita nel team della qualità e con riporto diretto al responsabile, gestirà le varie fasi dei collaudi sui prodotti in accettazione e in produzione interna valutando gli strumenti da utilizzare attraverso la definizione di un inspection plan.
Tra le sue principali attività:
- Mantenere aggiornato e in buono stato il parco strumenti e organizzare le attività di calibrazione
- Gestire le non conformità con i fornitori, utilizzando concetti base del problem solving per prevenire il ripresentarsi del problema e aggiornare il database dell'accettazione
- Eseguire audit di prodotto in autonomia Eseguire calcoli relativi a posizioni e catene di tolleranza
**Requisiti**:
- Diploma in discipline tecniche
- Comprovata esperienza nell'attività di collaudo particolari meccanici
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di misura (calibro, metro, micrometro e spessimetro) e del disegno meccanico;
- Controlli in 3D tramite macchine Zeiss
- Programmazioni tramite Calypso e/o PC-DMIS
- Esperienza con macchine tridimensionali DEA
- Controlli in 3D tramite macchine Zeiss e/o Poli
- Programmazioni tramite Calypso e/o PC-DMIS
- Esperienza con macchine tridimensionali DEA
