To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with inspection techniques and be able to act as an auditor for all our internal systems identifying issues and recommending solutions.What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?Be the referent for Product Internal Quality, with a key focus on our core product, our AEM electrolyserMaintain and improve quality procedures, quality control plans, OPL, etcSupport Quality Team Lead in analysing data and monitor KPIs related to the quality of product to ensure continuity of the production lineAnalyse non-conforming deviations and propose containment and corrective actionsContinuously improve production related processes following the PDCA methodActively participate and support FMEA sessions within a cross-functional teamWork with other cross-functional teams to facilitate problem solving techniques and ensure that the root cause of the event has been clearly definedAudit systems to ensure they conform to ISO 9001:2015 requirementsWhat do you need to help make our goals a reality?First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in itBachelor's degree in Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent fieldAt least 1 year experience in the manufacturing field is preferredGood knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 standardsExcellent knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel)Risk-based approach and strong problem-solving skillsKeen to actively participate in creating added value to company processesCollaborative approach with cross-functional teams and departmentsYou are target and detail-oriented – getting things done quickly but effectively motivates youExcellent written and spoken communication skills in both Italian and EnglishStrong document management and organisation skillsTech savvy and keen to learn new software to make processes easier and quickerWhy you'll look forward to working with us:You'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of energy in one of the most dynamic companies in the hydrogen industryThe vision and the people: That's what our colleagues say they love the most about EnapterWe love flat hierarchies and being able to collaborate with each other no matter what your roleWe want you to feel that you're making a real difference, so you'll have creative freedom and flexibility in how you workWorking on an empty stomach is the worst.
