Über unseren Kunden Für unseren Kunden, bei dem Sie in einem modernen und agilen Umfeld mit attraktiver Arbeitsplatzkultur arbeiten können, suchen wir: Ihr Aufgabenbereich Unterstützung bei IT-Infrastruktur-Projekten mit Microsoft Technologien sowie Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Kundenprojekten.
Unterstützung bei der Konfiguration von Netzwerkkomponenten.
Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen (1st bis 2nd Level).
Wartung und Betrieb der Cloud-Infrastruktur bestehend aus Server-Cluster, Firewalls und Switches.
Pikettdienst im Turnus.
Ihr Profil Informatiker / in EFZ Fachrichtung Systemtechnik und erste Berufserfahrung.
MCSA Windows Server 2012 R2 / 2016 oder gleichwertige Ausbildung.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V und Netzwerk (Ethernet, VLAN, WLAN, TCP / IP, NG Firewall).
Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Remote Desktop Services, Storage Spaces Direct, Linux und PowerShell.
Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil in den Bereichen SCCM, SCOM, Exchange, SQL, IGEL UMS, Veeam, VoIP und Dokumentenmanagement.
Idealerweise haben Sie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Serviceprovider Umfeld und kennen die Arbeitsweise bei einem Dienstleistungsbetrieb.
Sicheres Auftreten und teamfähige Persönlichkeit.
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lernenden.
Strukturierte, exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
