Locations, cultures, and experiences are our key competitive advantage.Invest in People: Create an environment where each person can push boundaries, take risks, and challenge norms.Nature and Outdoor: Exploring and creating special experiences, opportunities, and locations which transform into new exciting adventures.Act like owners: Taking charge, leading by example, and an immense sense of pride in our work.Celebrate communities: Ensuring that every member of our community is looked after and nurtured in a compassionate, respectful, and collaborative manner.RESPONSIBILITIES:Benchmark Tools: Continuous monitoring of competitor's operating performance through existing and purposely developed tools.Active approach to improve performance: Superior revenue management approach to increase relative market positioning, operating cash flow optimization (payroll, outsourcing opportunities, productivity, fixed/variable cost studies, and flowthrough analysis).Operating Measures Implementation: ROI analysis and scheduling of measures.Reporting and Monitoring: Detailed budgeting process review and approval, monthly asset management meetings with operators, benchmarking of hotel's performance against competitors.Support the Head of Asset Management on the deployment of the Asset Management Plan.Support the Head of Business Development on Market Research and Feasibility Analysis.Top Line: Revenue Management, price yielding, TO contracts improvements, channel mix optimization, compset performance (STR), public pricing (OTA insight), room categorization and pricing, F&B Outlet efficiencies, average spending, covers, seat turnover, personnel productivity, lease renegotiation, spa & golf analysis, high and best use analysis of retail spaces.Cost: personnel & payroll, expenses, buyout labour, outsourcing, COGS reduction by volumes and suppliers negotiations, reduction of outsourced services, energy efficiency with and without CapEx, management of property expenses such as insurance, property tax and audits, facility management.Online reputation analysis (ReviewPro).Comparables and compset review.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor in Business Administration, master's degree in Finance / Business Administration / Real Estate preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience.Strong numerical skills.Sound financial modeling capabilities.Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Access, PPT, SQL, SAP, and Oracle Opera.Fluent in English, additional language preferred.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness DevelopmentIndustriesHospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr
