Job DescriptionSarà considerato requisito preferenziale l'appartenenza alle categorie protette(legge n. 68/99) Job Title: EHS Safety Specialist Location: Rieti RESPONSABILITA': Gestione delle ditte appaltatrici in ingresso al sito con il controllo dei requisiti tecnico professionali introdotti dal D.lgs. 81/2008 allegato XVII e art. 26 e controllo dei cantieri presenti nel sito in titolo IV Dlgs.81. Controllo ed archiviazione di tutta la documentazione riguardante le ditte appaltatrici in ingresso condividendo le necessarie informazioni con la Reception Aziendale & Preposti delle attività per garantire l'esecuzione lavori; Controlli in campo per verificare l'idoneità delle attività commissionate sulla base della documentazione ricevuta. Erogazione formazione e informazione sulle procedure alle ditte appaltatrici e revisione piani di sicurezza e coordinamento dei cantieri presenti in sito.Redazione analisi di sicurezza di nuovi processi impianti (HaZop analysis, Zurich Analysis etc..) e follow up delle azioni definiteGestione documentazione e adempimenti legislativi in tema antincendio per il sito.Predisposizione e realizzazione piani formativi in tema di sicurezza e ambiente in conformità ai requisiti legislativi e alle esigenze aziendali. Gestione dell'ente paritetico di formazione per l'attivazione di corsi di formazione specifici in materia di salute e sicurezza secondo le normative vigenti e gestione delle relative richieste d'acquisto (preposti-dirigenti-spazi confinati- addetti PES-PAV- addetti primo soccorso- addetti antincendio- addetti utilizzo defibrillatore- addetti uso autorespiratori- formazione LOTO- Safety Campaign- addetti conduzione carrello elevatore- formazione RLS, etc). Collaborazione con enti esterni per l'organizzazione di campagne di sensibilizzazione alla sicurezza e predisposizione di tutti gli strumenti per i training (documentazione, questionari, predisposizione sale, roster).Erogazione dei training relativi alle procedure di Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza in validità nel plant di Rieti.Erogazione i corsi di formazione previsti dall'art. 37 comma 2 del D.lgs. 81/08 e dall'Accordo Stato Regioni del 21/12/11 per la formazione base e specifica (rischio basso e alto) in materia di sicurezza. Erogazione i corsi di aggiornamento per lavoratori secondo l'Accordo Stato Regioni del 21/12/11. Gestione dell'ente paritetico di formazione per le relative richieste di collaborazione in accordo all'art. 37 comma 12.Gestione del sistema di registrazione e reporting delle Near Miss/ Safe Saves; collaborazione alla gestione del flusso di controllo dati e monitoraggio OI&I nel sistema Beacon. Supporto agli user nell'utilizzo del sistema Beacon.Aggiornamento delle SOP di Reparto in collaborazione con i propri colleghi su nuove disposizioni di adempimenti legislativi o GOPConduzione di Gemba ed ispezioni EHS per verificare che tutte le misure di sicurezza siano applicate e funzionino correttamente proponendo se necessarie azioni migliorative da implementare definendo le relative CAPA (azioni correttive e preventive) da implementare nel sito ed all'interno dei cantieri edili presenti nel sito.Gestione dei dispositivi di sicurezza per i lavori in quota e dei controlli di esplosività quando richiesti nelle attività di manutenzione del sito.Collaborazione per la definizione e la pianificazione delle azioni per il mantenimento della certificazione secondo le norme della ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.DIMENSIONI E ASPETTI: Esperienza tecnico/funzionale Preferibile esperienze lavorative maturate nel campo della gestione e del controllo di aspetti e tematiche EHS;Preferibile la conoscenza della normativa tecnica in ambito EHS e delle norme ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 19011Leadership Costruisce strutture e processi che riducono il superfluo/complessità;Promuove attività di Continuos Improvement per l'ottimizzazione e la gestione del tempo;Ottime abilità organizzative e di adattamento a situazioni mutevoli;Si impegna per incontrare le persone, capire prospettive diverse e collaborare efficacemente;Processi ed Autonomia decisionale Proattività ed ottima capacità di problem solving e critical thinking;Attitudine al lavoro in team.Interazione Collaborazione e coinvolgimento di tutti i settori/reparti del Plant in ambito EHS.FORMAZIONE E COMPETENZE: Laurea Magistrale in "Discipline Tecnico Scientifiche"Preferibile attestato come ASPP o RSPP modulo CINFORMAZIONI AGGIUNTIVE: Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;Discreta conoscenza dei sistemi IT;Discreta conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua Inglese;More about us:At Takeda, we are transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best in class patient support programs.
