Da oltre 50 anni, l'azienda si distingue per l'artigianalità e l'unicità di un prodotto completamente made in Italy.Ruolo e ResponsabilitàPer rispondere alle crescenti esigenze di innovazione, siamo stati incaricati di ricercare la figura di Product Director - Footwear Center of Excellence che, riportando direttamente al Global SVP of Product, avrà la responsabilità di guidare i processi di innovazione e industrializzazione del prodotto, con l'obiettivo di potenziarne le prestazioni, la sostenibilità, il valore e l'estetica.Come Product Director, sarai al centro dell'innovazione e della gestione strategica dei processi produttivi.
Le tue responsabilità includeranno:Coordinamento del team di RD e collaborazione con i responsabili dell'ingegneria per sviluppare idee innovative;Ricerca continua dei materiali, delle componenti e delle tecnologie emergenti nel settore delle calzature;Definizione del budget per l'innovazione del prodotto e gestione delle risorse per progetti efficaci;Monitoraggio del completamento del lavoro rispetto alle scadenze, con comunicazioni regolari sullo stato dei progetti;Collaborazione attiva con fornitori e partner di produzione per assicurare la qualità e l'efficienza;Supporto alle funzioni di marketing e vendita per massimizzare l'impatto sul mercato.RequisitiEsperienza nel product development e nel project management nel settore calzaturiero, preferibilmente scarpone da sci;Abitudine a lavorare in contesti internazionali e su mercati globali;Eccellente padronanza della lingua inglese.Ulteriori informazioni saranno condivise in sede di colloquio con Headhunter.Sede: Treviso provincia #J-18808-Ljbffr
