We are currently seeking a Trainee (extracurricular) - HRIS Support and Analyst JR, reporting directly to PC Technology Generalist to join our HRIS team based in Rome Operating Center, Italy.
About the Job The HRIS Support and Analyst Junior Trainee belongs to the team of HRIS generalists.
During six months of the Train, he/she sits within HR managers and experts, and will assist and support the HRIS Manager to: Improve data quality Support HR campaigns Drive continuous improvement We offer you not only a Train, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries thanks to the innovation, creativity and pioneer spirit which drive our people.
About You He/she is involved in the following activities: Data quality and integrity: checks integration issues (interface between 2 systems) and data quality dashboards.
Participation in projects related to data quality.
Preparation of HR campaigns (salary increase, performance appraisal,…) in several countries.
Creation of user guides and training for the HR community.
Support to the HRIS manager with the resolution of specific issues.
We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Economics or Management Engineer Languages: Fluent in English Main Skills: Basic understanding of HR functions the role of data in those functions High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information Attention to detail and commitment to excellence What's next?
