As a Technology Engineer within Client Engineering, you'll be a key player in a multi-disciplinary team made up of Architects, Data Scientists, Designers, Developers, and Business Strategists. Your Role and Responsibilities As a Technology Engineer within IBM Client Engineering, you'll help deliver unique client co-creation experiences to accelerate their transformation. From identification of requirements to technical decisions impacting the business case, you'll lead all aspects of integrated solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:Cloud Expertise: Combine contemporary cloud skills, including AI, analytics, DevOps, DevSecOps, IaC, security, networking, and storage, with deep industry expertise and a deep understanding of your dedicated set of clients' businesses.Value Communication: Define and communicate the differentiated value of IBM's technology both technically and commercially.Technical Leadership: Act as the overall technical single point of contact for client sessions that encompass a broad range of public and hybrid cloud technologies, such as Red Hat OpenShift, IBM hybrid cloud solutions portfolio and Kubernetes, among others.Solution Support: Support the solutions architecture plan while participating as a hands-on "builder" in client-facing engagements.Security and Reliability: Provide advice to ensure that solution architecture includes provisions for security, reliability, and anticipated future needs.
