The Wholesale team is responsible for all shop-in-shops in Italy (perfumeries and department stores). You will join a young and enthusiastic team and you will be led by the Head of Wholesale Italy. During the internship, you will support the Wholesale Coordinators from our head office in Milan.
This internship offers you the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at a global cosmetics brand. Our organization has a lot of growth potential and offers you an ambitious and pleasant working atmosphere. If you are a real go-getter, you think solution-oriented and you get along well with Microsoft Office, then you are the one we are looking for

Your responsibilities:
Follow up trade marketing plan & activities per partner online & offlineCheck and review online merchandising & benchmarking per partnerPrepare and send list of products, categories, assortment & pictures, analyze and convert sell in/outContribute to presentations for internal and external meetingsProvide support for different fields: openings new corners, training, place merchandising & products ordersHandle ad hoc operational requests from the local team, HQ and partnersIn short: RITUALS Cosmetics is looking for an intern who knows how to get things done. You preferably follow a course in the field of Business Administration, Marketing or Commercial Economics. You are commercially oriented, strong in building good relationships between the internal departments and you work accurately and in a structured way. What else are you bringing?
You are proactive, independent, curious and solution-orientedYou have a commercial attitude and affinity with the cosmetics and retail industryYou are communicative, service and customer-orientedYou have a good command of the English language in word and writingYou are accurate, structured and have an eye for detailYou are strong in planning and organizing and have a hands-on mentalityYou have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
