All'interno dell'area Finance siamo alla ricerca di una figura di un IT Architecture Designer che dovrà seguire in autonomia gli sviluppi in in ambito Digital Finance e parteciperà alle attività di sviluppo di prodotti e progettualità per i clienti.Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità? Collaborare con il cliente per la definizione delle soluzioni richieste e per l'individuazione delle possibili evoluzioni future.Collaborare con i colleghi che si occupano di analisi e progettazione funzionale con l'obiettivo di individuare le soluzioni da mettere in atto.Coordinare risorse tecniche interne indirizzando le fasi di analisi, progettazione e modellazione.Collaborare e indirizzare le attività di sviluppo dando indicazioni sulle scelte/soluzioni tecnologiche da adottare.Collaborare con gli specialisti della sicurezza per integrare le migliori pratiche di sicurezza nell'architettura e nel design del software, garantendo la protezione dei dati sensibili e la conformità alle normativeMonitorare le tendenze del settore e valutare nuove tecnologie, framework e strumenti per determinare la loro idoneità alle esigenze del progetto.Monitorare e analizzare le metriche di performance delle soluzioni implementate, fornendo feedback e identificando opportunità di miglioramento.Qualifiche e Competenze richieste:Comprovata esperienza in attività progettuali;Ottima conoscenza del linguaggio java e dei principali pattern architetturali;Ottima conoscenza dei principali framework di sviluppo;Ottima conoscenza delle architetture a microservizi;Buona conoscenza degli ambienti containerizzati e Cloud;Ottime capacità relazionali e di interazione con i colleghi e propensione a lavorare in autonomia;Spiccate capacità di analisi e problem solving e orientamento al risultato, flessibilità, determinazione.Visione strategica, intelligenza analitica e proattività per formulare e validare le soluzioni;Abilità nell'uso di strumenti di analisi e metriche ed eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale;Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di adattarsi rapidamente ai cambiamenti, in modo proattivoConoscenza approfondita sui seguenti ambiti tecnici:APPLICAZIONI WEB (HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, TYPESCRIPT), API MANAGEMENT, MONGODB, JPA, APACHE KAFKA, REACT, CLOUD DEVELOPMENT, ANGULAR, SOAP, ARCHITETTURE A MICROSERVIZI, POSTGRESQL, ORACLEOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlataCosa cerchiamo nelle nostre persone?Ambizione, che porta a mirare a grandi traguardi e impegnarsi nel miglioramento continuo;Proattività per anticipare e affrontare le sfide con iniziativa;Trasparenza nel comunicare apertamente e fornire feedback costruttivi;Motivazione a migliorare e a crescere insieme agli altri, manifestando apertura al confronto per favorire la crescita collettiva e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni.Invia la tua candidatura e raccontaci come puoi fare la differenza.?Modalità di lavoro: ibridaSEDI DI INSERIMENTOTutte le principali sedi di Italia dove Engineering è presente, come:Roma | Milano | Torino | Bologna | Firenze | Padova | Brescia L'annuncio è rivolto a tutti i candidati, senza distinzione di sesso, nel rispetto del Codice delle pari opportunità di cui al D.Lgs. 198/2006 e ss.mm.ii.SummaryLocation: Milano (Bassi); Bologna (Marconi); Padova (C.so Stati Uniti); Firenze (Torre Degli Agli); Napoli (Centro Direz.A3); Torino (C.so Mortara); Roma (P.le Agricoltura); Brescia (Flero)Type: Full time
