We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Admissions department.The candidate will provide timely and effective support to prospect families throughout the admission process, from the first contact to the final enrolment.Job ResponsibilitiesManage leads pipeline through daily outreach via phone/email;Organize informational meetings with prospective students and families;Organize admissions events;Collect required student documentation pertaining to the admissions process;Manage leads database, perform data analysis and reporting.Desired QualificationsDegree in a relevant field (communications, marketing, humanities, business);Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;Interest in the field of education;Fluency in both English and Italian.Safeguarding Statement:ICS Milan is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
