All'interno dell'Area di Business Electronics stiamo ricercando un / una Project Risk Manager per una delle nostre sedi di Firenze - Campi Bisenzio, Torino - Caselle Nord, Roma - Via Tiburtina KM 12,400.
La persona che individueremo sarà inserita all'interno dei team di progetto IPT (Integrated Project Team) dell'Airborne Business e avrà il compito di:
Garantire una gestione dei rischi appropriata e coerente con i processi e sistemi definiti e adottati a livello aziendale, a partire dalla preparazione dell'offerta commerciale e per tutto il ciclo di vita del progetto, nonché per i nuovi prodotti / servizi (Product Business Plan); Supportare, all'interno degli IPT, le fasi di identificazione, valutazione e monitoraggio periodico dei rischi, che possono emergere sia internamente a Leonardo sia con i fornitori / clienti, e dei relativi piani di trattamento; Proporre e supportare le analisi in ambito Project Risk Management segnalando prontamente eventuali casi di inadeguatezza rispetto alla propensione al rischio di Leonardo e preparare i relativi Report ai vari livelli organizzativi al fine di individuare le necessarie azioni correttive e / o migliorative necessarie nella gestione operativa dei Rischi di Progetto e di contribuire al decision making. Titolo di studio: Laurea Magistrale preferibilmente in ambito Tecnico / scientifico (economia, ingegneria, matematica, informatica).
Livello di esperienza richiesto: Expert: 3-5 anni di esperienza
Competenze richieste:
Buona conoscenza della struttura e dei processi aziendali; Conoscenza dei principi di Project Management; Conoscenza dei principi di Risk Management; Rappresentano un plus:
Precedente esperienza lavorativa in ambito Project Risk Management e / o Project Management e / o Project Engineering Management; Competenze comportamentali:
Propensione al pensiero analitico e multidisciplinare; Gestione del tempo e delle priorità; Collaborazione; Proattività; Senso dell'urgenza; Efficienza ed efficacia realizzativa; Flessibilità; Propensione al lavoro di squadra (Team working); Orientamento al risultato; Approccio organizzato e sistematico alla sintesi (reporting). Conoscenze linguistiche: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata, livello minimo B2.
Conoscenze Informatiche:
Conoscenza degli strumenti di Microsoft Office, in particolare Word ed Excel; Conoscenza degli applicativi SAP e sistemi ERP; Gradita conoscenza di tool statistici / analisi; Gradita conoscenza di tool di Risk Management; Gradita conoscenza per la gestione di basi di dati relazionali (ad es Access); Gradita conoscenza di strumenti di Business Intelligence (ad es: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc...); Altro:
