We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide - a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.
We are looking for an intern for our Human Resources Team for at least 6 months.
You will help to manage the recruiting process of our internships in Bolzano and Montebelluna and give a hand in the internal communication related to HR and personnel topics.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Assist in the internal communication related to HR and personnel topics (preparation of texts/news, translations, upload of news on the intranet)
- Help in updating the Group's org charts General support in various HR projects/administrative tasks (company events, update of HR software with employee data, etc.)
**Profile**
- University student or degree in economics or related fields
- First working experience is considered an advantage
- Very good Italian and English skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work in a team Standard Excel, Word and Outlook competencies
