Nello specifico, siamo alla ricerca di un Project Manager con esperienza pregressa di 1-2 anni nella gestione di progetti complessi nel settore Finance preferibilmente Insurance. La risorsa sarà coinvolta su molteplici stream progettuali interni all'organizzazione e avrà modo di coordinare le attività di risorse interne ed esterne. È richiesta una spiccata capacità nel condurre analisi di business finalizzate a determinare la fattibilità, le opportunità e la redditività di un progetto o di una proposta di investimento. Completano il profilo la familiarità alla pianificazione e coordinamento delle attività, organizzazione e orientamento al risultato al fine di gestire parallelamente gli incarichi curando le relazioni con i differenti interlocutori di progetto (tecnici e non tecnici) a differenti livelli aziendali.
