About The Role: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Accounting/Controller Intern to join our Finance team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while supporting both internal and external financial processes. You will report directly to the Finance Sponsorship & Transparency Specialist, gaining valuable insights and mentorship along the way.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing data to maintain accurate and timely records for sponsorship invoices, ensuring alignment with supporting documentation. Provide support to accounting team members with day-to-day financial tasks and activities. Help prepare reports by gathering and analyzing information. Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and procedures. Assist in preparing and organizing documentation required for audits. Participate in identifying opportunities for process improvements and standardization across multiple legal entities. Collaborate with the Business Support Team to gather data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Review and analyze data received from Business Units and other teams (e.g., Global Business Services). Contribute to creating monthly and ad hoc financial reports. Work effectively with diverse teams to support the achievement of organizational goals. What Are We Looking For in You: Graduated on a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field Fluency in English (B2+ level) Good skills in Excel Knowledge of SAP is a plus Eager to learn new tasks and to work in a stimulating multinational environment Analytical thinking Good Communication Good team player Passionate and curious about finance and compliance matters What We Can Offer To You: 6-month paid internship (with the possibility to renew it for 6 more months) Working in an international environment Inspirational colleagues & culture A team-oriented company culture International opportunities Possibility to make an impact Fast Growing and innovative environment.
