Product Recovery & Improvement (PR&I) is committed to pursue and implement improvement to the original design taking into consideration the feedback coming from in-service experience, with the aim to enhance products reliability and Customer satisfaction.The request is for one additional member for the PR&I Team.
It would be desirable, but not binding, a person having already competencies in a D&D department.
Some experience with Maintenance disciplines and with fleets customers' needs would be a valuable skill.
In a role of Analyst he/she will be in charge of:managing both as primary driver or in support to Technical Disciplines the analysis, the investigation, the proposal and the deployment of solutions to fix in-service failures and lacks of performancepreparation of technical reports in support of the investigation and analyses tasks (preferred language is English)preparation of technical reports in support of Maintenance documentation tasks, being partner of Customer Support teams in ensuring the correct implementation into the Maintenance documentationproof reader of documentation submitted by third parties for evaluationQualifications:Master degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.Level of experience:At least 5 years of experience in Engineering (Technical Disciplines and/or CPE Office and/or Sustaining Engineering) and/or Production (FAL and/or Manufacturing Engineering) and/or Customer Support (Product Support Engineering).Technical skills:knowledge of helicopter general architecture and systems integration (basic and customized helicopter)knowledge of technical configuration, technical documents management and design/certification processknowledge of EO/EBOM/3Dmodels/2Ddrawings (part/assembly/installation) management and development processknowledge of materials, protective/thermal treatments, manufacturing processes and aerospace standardsmature/good experience in inspection of components new and from servicemature/good experience with the mechanical shops, maintenance and productionknowledge of Configuration Management process (preferred)knowledge of Product Recovery and Improvement process (preferred)knowledge of Occurrence Reporting and/or Warranty Claim management process (preferred)Languages:English language knowledge is requested.IT skills:Basic knowledge of design and configuration tools (Catia V4-V5/VPM/Enovia/MyDBT)Microsoft Office SuiteSAPMicrosoft Power BI (preferred)Soft skills:planning and organizationproblem solvinggood interpersonal/communication skills (multiple interfaces management)high attitude for team working, considering the necessary interaction with Customer Support people, with customers through LHD technical representatives, with production people, with maintenance people, with the Technical Disciplineshigh proactivity and constructive spirit of initiativeability to work multiple projects and multi-tasking approach are requiredsensitivity to customers' complaints and needsstrong will to learn and motivation to workSeniority:Primary Location:IT - Varese - Cascina CostaContract Type:PermanentAbout Us International, multicultural, innovative, technological: this is Leonardo.
