Naples Motorsports is family-owned, has been in business for over 20 years, and is located in BEAUTIFUL Naples, FL, which is consistently named one of the TOP Places to live in the U.S. Responsibilities: Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team building and management.
Hire, train, and assist the sales team in closing deals, drive sales, produce results.
Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor/manage the sales team's progress and performance.
Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business.
Reach out to clients through calls, emails and arranged meetings to spot their needs/preferences.
Carry out inspection of automobiles to ensure it is in top shape for sales and client use.
Manage the dealership's CRM and implement processes and workflows.
Follow up on all Internet leads daily and with follow up calls.
Help manage inventory online and incentives.
Work with third party vendors such as AutoTrader and Cars.com to generate and boost lead counts.
Maintain effective employee relations.
Maintain CSI at or above Company standards.
Participate in required training.
Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot.
Manage used car inventory levels and days in stock.
Appraise and buy cars, purchase used cars, order new vehicles.
Work with Parts and Service Director to shepherd used cars through reconditioning.
Coordinate sales of all wholesale vehicles.
Qualifications: Automotive Sales Manager Experience is required, Luxury brand sales manager experience is preferred.
High-energy, positive, outgoing and motivated to succeed.
Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
Team builder.
Proven track record as a floor manager and a strong closer.
Ability to drive sales and produce results.
Motivated with a passion to achieve high standards.
Social media skills and computer proficient.
Finance experience is helpful.
Professional appearance.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
