Based anywhere in Europe, the Manager Lifecycle Service Proposal plays a key role within the organization responsible for leading and coordinating the proposal development process for SYSS Lifecycle Service in Europe. 
This position requires a combination of critical thinking, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

­ In this role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Foster a collaborative and results-driven community environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Lifecycle Service teammates. Oversee the end-to-end proposal (& order) development process, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements. Work closely with business development, sales, and subject matter experts to understand client needs and drive the lifecycle service sales community to tailor the proposals accordingly. Create and maintain proposal standards, outlines, schedules, and templates to streamline the proposal process. Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure the highest standard of proposals. Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify areas for development in proposal content and processes. Collaborate with the sales team to align proposals with client expectations and market trends. Maintain accurate records of proposal activities, including version control, feedback, and outcomes. Generate regular reports on proposal metrics, success rates, and areas for improvement. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness. You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain efficient & high standard end to end processes.
­ For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, Automation). Strong experience in proposal development, preferably in a leadership role. Strong project management competencies with the strength to meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with various served industries and understanding of client needs. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional departments, excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
