**Sales Account Executive** (circa, non ci formalizziamo sui Job Titles).
**IL RUOLO**
- In qualità di
**Sales Account Executive** avrai l'obiettivo di far crescere gli esercenti Business di ONYON, gestirai quindi il processo di acquisizione del cliente dal primo contatto alla definizione dell'accordo.
**SARAI RESPONSABILE DI**:
- Identificare e acquisire nuovi clienti;
- Gestire in autonomia la relazione commerciale dalla fase iniziale fino alla definizione dell'accordo;
- Raggiungere obiettivi di vendita assegnati (settimanali, mensili, trimestrali);
- Tracciare le proprie attività di vendita attraverso il nostro sistema di CRM;
- Seguire l'_Onboarding_ degli Esercenti Business seguendo le procedure interne;
- Curare il rapporto con gli Esercenti Business già attivi.
**COSA CI ASPETTIAMO DA TE**:
- Hai almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella vendita di prodotti e servizi digitali sul campo;
- Sei entusiasta e trasmetti energia positiva nelle tue interazioni;
- La maggior parte del tuo tempo lo passerai sul territorio, indispensabile grinta ed energia;
- Hai eccellenti capacità di comunicazione;
- Attitudine commerciale, conoscenza tecniche di vendita e capacità di negoziazione;
- Sei empatic*, dinamic* e sai adattarti a contesti che cambiano rapidamente;
- Proattività.
