Ricerchiamo una risorsa da inserire all'interno di un ampio team che opera sia in ambito Provisioning che Assurance , in un ambiente tecnico B2B con varie responsabilità tra cui: Accoglienza telefonica e apertura ticket con susseguente dispacciamento.
Gestione problematiche tecniche di primo e secondo livello.
Troubleshooting ticket e risoluzione/analisi tecnica.
Gestione e aggiornamento del cliente.
Gestione System Integrator.
Il candidato ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti: Conoscenza, base, delle seguenti tecnologie: Rame, Fibra, ADSL, SHDSL, VDSL2, ISDN, POTS, FTTH, FTTH-NGN, VOIP SIP – H323, FRAME RELAY, WHOLESALE, SDH, VPLS, DWDM, TDM.
Conoscenza, base, dei seguenti Protocolli: BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, EIGRP, MULTICAST, SPT, VLAN SWITCHING, SNMP, MPLS, VRF.
Conoscenza di almeno uno tra i seguenti Vendor: CISCO , AETHRA, TELSEY, AMTEC – SELEX, JUNIPER, HUAWEI, ALCATEL, NOKIA SIEMENS, IMSS.
Certificazione di specializzazione tecnica ( CCNA , CCNA VOICE, Certifiche Juniper o Huawei, CCNP preferite) o esperienza equivalente comprovata.
Eventuali esperienze su piattaforme di gestione per i vendor Alcatel-Lucent, ADVA, Nokia e Huawei verranno considerate un plus.
Ottime doti comunicative, orientamento al cliente e al risultato, dinamicità, efficienza, flessibilità.
Altre informazioni Orario di lavoro: full time, 40 ore settimanali su turni in h24.
