Partner with the bestAs an Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise shop operations in the Production Area of reference, following the directions of the Ops Leader and in line with Planning and Manufacturing Engineering plans, ensuring compliance with HSE, Quality, and Integrity standards.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Making sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE), promoting a culture of Perfect Day and Stop Work Authority.Supporting talks organization on HSE issues, Quality, and improvement initiatives (i.e. Ideas and Concerns).Verifying the completeness and correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) and engaging, if necessary, the relevant Support Function.Collaborating with quality inspections on the resolution of Nonconformity.Making sure that the tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstation.Supporting operators' activities with expertise and facilitating technical discussions with UTOF and Engineering Department; Support consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition.Supporting line performance KPIs guaranteeing line accounting (i.e. DL hours, Inefficiencies, OEE performance, OTD…).Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in EngineeringHold HSE Training as "Preposto"Be fluent in Italian, both oral and writtenShow high energy, self-motivation, and willingness to take on responsibilities across functions and team boundaries.Display strong oral and written communication skills.Be available to work on 3 shifts.Hold a EU work permit.Desired CharacteristicsShow interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence others.Be fluent in English.Have excellent time management skills.Be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.Show superior listening skills.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
