Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy: Develop and implement, with Regional Business Centers, strategic plans to drive the adoption and growth of Quantum-Safe Networks (QSN) in the telecom connectivity enablement market.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify (with Regional Business Centers) potential customers, industry trends, and competitor analysis to produce informed business strategies and identify required product offerings.
- Solution & Product Positioning: Collaborate with the Product Management & Development teams and the Regional Business Center teams to define the positioning and unique value proposition of the QSN solution in the telecom market.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and engage with potential customers (with Regional Business Centers), partners, and stakeholders to promote QSN solutions and secure new business opportunities.
- Educational Outreach: Conduct educational seminars and workshops to raise awareness of QSN technologies, cryptography, post-quantum cryptography (PQC), and quantum-key distribution (QKD) among our regional business centers, our customers, and partners.
- Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to expand the company's network and foster partnerships.
Influence the adoption of standards that align with Nokia strategic objectives.
Key Experience & Education Criteria:
- Technical expertise: Strong knowledge in cryptography, quantum physics, and post-quantum cryptography.
Familiarity with quantum-key distribution (QKD) technologies.
- Solution development experience: Proven success in business development, sales, or marketing, especially in telecom or cybersecurity.
- Educational background: Degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or related field.
Quantum tech and cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
- Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of telecom industry trends, challenges, and network security.
- Strategic thinker and effective communicator: Strong strategic planning skills and excellent communication abilities to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
