Prometeia offers you growth and training opportunities in a Group with over 1000 professionals working with more than 500 clients in 20 countries around the world and it is looking for a Consultant to join the Strategic Advisory Corporate Finance team.
The practice offers its services mainly to financial intermediaries operating in the national territory, carrying out projects in the following areas in particular: Strategic business planning: definition of corporate strategies and preparation of industrial plans MA advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary financial operation, from market scouting to the evaluation of individual assets/companies, from operational support in the MA process to negotiation support for the conclusion of deals Transformation management: redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations, evaluation of sourcing solutions MAIN TASKS: Analysis of the operating contexts of client companies, of their historical performance, of the main trends in their operating sector, and of the possible evolution of their core business Support in the realization of economic-financial and patrimonial projections Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performance Support in assessing the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units, single portfolios, in the context of extraordinary transactions Drafting of functional documents for commercial development and expert opinions, as an independent third party Preparation of estimation models and quantitative analysis on economic-financial and equity aspects Use of software/data provider platforms, to support the preparation of valuation analysis EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES: Bachelor's degree with high honors in economic/financial and management engineering subjects Knowledge of the local banking and financial sector (distinctive evaluation element) Fluency in English.
The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
