Il gruppo Manpower, in collaborazione con Fincantieri, ricerca una risorsa da inserire nell'Ufficio Sistemi Tecnici per l'Ingegneria all'interno della Divisione Navi Mercantili, leader nella progettazione e costruzione di navi da crociera.
Per i prossimi 3 anni, la risorsa ideale lavorer in un team di progetto dinamico con l'obiettivo di unirsi poi al team di gestione dei Sistemi Tecnici per l'Ingegneria nell'area di progettazione.
Le Responsabilit Studier e migliorer i processi di ingegneria per renderli più efficienti.
Imparer le tecnologie più innovative per rimanere aggiornata e far test preliminari per verificare nuove soluzioni.
Confronter le funzionalit testate con i processi ideali e identificher le aree di miglioramento.
Collaborer con il team IT per scrivere le specifiche del nuovo sistema e far test per assicurarsi che tutto funzioni bene, supportando anche i test di accettazione finale.
Parteciper attivamente alla fase di Go Live, vedendo il suo lavoro prendere vita.
Aggiorner le best practice per garantire sempre la massima efficienza, creer materiale formativo e insegner agli utenti per renderli autonomi, offrendo loro supporto su vari aspetti come la gestione degli incidenti e dei dati.
