Data Manager
La figura inserita avrà un ruolo fondamentale nel processo di digitalizzazione e trasformazione digitale dell'azienda, e nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Guidare le iniziative di trasformazione digitale con particolare attenzione ai dati e alla BI.
- Utilizzare le conoscenze tecniche per gestire l'integrazione con le altre funzioni aziendali
- Implementare gli strumenti di analisi dei dati per guidare gli approfondimenti aziendali e il processo decisionale.
- Promuovere una cultura di miglioramento continuo delle competenze digitali all'interno dell'azienda.
- Guidare l'azienda verso un modello di business innovativo e data driven.
Completano il profilo ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, capacità di lavorare in team, anche internazionali, responsabilità e capacità di organizzare in autonomia il proprio lavoro.
Tipo di inserimento: assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato
Package retributivo: commisurato all'esperienza.
Luogo di lavoro: Parma, con smart working di due giorni a settimana.
