About the role The Head of Talent Acquisition & Development leads talent strategy for the next phase of growth for Aira.
In this role you will focus on attracting developing and retaining top talent to support Airas expansion.
You will therefore implement development programs including mentorship leadership training and other initiatives that prepare the company for scaling particularly in leadership and strategic roles.
Key responsibilities: TALENT ACQUISITION Talent Acquisition strategy: develop a comprehensive strategy to attract and onboard toptier talent across all departments with a particular focus on sales and technical roles that directly impact Airas growth target; Team management: lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists across different HUBs and offices and collaborate with local HRBPs involved in final stages of recruitment; Candidate offer negotiation: in coordination with P&C he/she is for offer negotiations with candidates as a subject matter expert and point of contact; Scalable Processes: Design and implement scalable talent acquisition and development processes that support lean highperforming teams and align with Airas growth; Employer Branding: Collaborate with global and local marketing team to promote Airas culture and values making the company an employer of choice for top talent in our industry; TA digitalization: together with the TA specialists lead the implementation and/or optimization of TA systems (ATS Job boards management LinkedIn Recruiter); Metrics & Reporting: Track key metrics related to talent acquisition retention and development ensuring that insights are used to optimize processes and achieve growth targets.
Regularly report these to HR management team; TALENT DEVELOPMENT Employee Trainings program: based on the budget(A)design and implement development programs including mentorship leadership training and other initiatives that prepare the company for scaling in particularly in leadership and strategic roles; (B) evaluates selects and manages training vendors and service providers for training programs; HRBPs team coordination : rollout of trainings and people development initiatives with the local HRBPs Retention Strategy: Develop strategies to retain top talent ensuring that Aira culture of ownership accountability and high performance remains strong as the team grows.
Succession Planning: Work closely with P&C Director to develop and manage succession plans for key roles ensuring longterm sustainability and leadership continuity.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with local management team and HRBPs to align hiring needs and trainings needs with broader business goals and ensure optimal resource allocation with a focus on scaling revenuegenerating teams.
Coordinate with other departments/divisions to create develop and implement a professional career path system.
Your profile Minimum of 810 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Talent Development or related HR leadership roles; Proven track record of managing talent acquisition for scaling organizations especially in sales and technical areas (manufacturing building materials energy sector); Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing employee development programs such as mentorship and leadership training; Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related fields; Handson experience managing diverse Talent Acquisition teams across multiple regions or HUBs; Ability to develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and development strategies aligned with business growth objectives; Adept at aligning hiring and development initiatives with global HR teams; Expertise in designing and executing scalable talent acquisition and development processes; Knowledge and experience in implementing and optimizing Talent Acquisition systems (ATS job boards LinkedIn Recruiter); Datadriven decisionmaking capability with a focus on tracking analyzing and reporting talent metrics to improve processes and outcomes; Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage toptier candidates and retain highperforming talent; Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels; Experience working with marketing teams to enhance employer branding and position the company as an employer of choice; Strong understanding of building and sustaining a culture of ownership accountability and high performance; Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
