**Responsibilities**:
- Ensures that the layout, prototypes, and machinery in facilities run to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes total preventative maintenance, software programming and managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment- Installs, maintains, improves, and repairs equipment, plant, services, and building installations- Sets standards effectively and in compliance with best practices to ensure production goals are met- Responds to technical issues affecting production and maintains electrical and mechanical services through Planned Preventative Maintenance- Drives multiple complex projects that require innovative solutions with a focus on results- Responds to breakdowns and identifies the root problem in order to provide a solution with mínimal downtime to production- Proactively identifies and escalates any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage to production and then reports breakdown root causes, equipment faults, and concerns to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Professional-Level English language skills preferred
Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
