You will drive continuous improvement within the supplier base, collaborating with Commodity SQEs and Inspection Leaders across IET (Industrial and Energy Technology). You will act as the Supplier Quality representative in cross-commodities and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on the Gas Tech Services business.

As Gas Technology Services Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for: Analyzing data related to escaping defects and identifying improvement actions, such as quality requirements and inspections.Partnering with commodity SQEs to foster improvement actions that increase supplier performance for the Gas Technology Service business unit.Driving metrics and data analysis standardization across the commodities and GT Service BU (Cost of Quality, Escaping Defects, Non-conformities).Executing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions (CA) for escaping defects to avoid reoccurrence.Managing Supplier-related Non-Conformity Records (NCR).Carrying out periodic Supplier audits and managing on-the-job inspections according to the Quality Control Plans.Collaborating within the Supplier Quality team, the Quality GT Service business, and IET Quality organization on specific workstreams. To be successful in this role, you will have:
A degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.A data-driven mindset and the ability to apply statistical methods.Strong communication skills, both internally with different functions and externally with suppliers.An attitude to set aggressive targets and change the status quo.Availability to travel frequently.Familiarity with continuous improvement methods and program management.Fluency in both Italian and English.
