Mission Entrerai a far parte del team Dipartimento Customer Satisfaction Quality, con l'obiettivo di gestire i team members del team AQPP definendone obbiettivi annuali e contribuendo al continuo sviluppo tecnico e personale del team; all'interno dell'organizzazione, riporterai al Factory Quality Manager problematiche relative al team AQPP suggerendo, ove possibile, soluzioni e strategie di miglioramento; il focus sarà sul miglioramento continuo della qualità dei prodotti e dei relativi processi manifatturieri e sull'opportuna gestione della Qualità sui processi di fabbricazione, intraprendendo le azioni necessarie per assicurare il costante rispetto delle aspettative dei Clienti e degli standard qualitativi di Schneider Electric.
What will you do?
Nell'ambito dello sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti: garantire la partecipazione ai meeting di avanzamento convocati dal PM; contribuire alla definizione dei prodotti e dei processi di fabbricazione, nonché dei target di Qualità; assicurare la corretta interpretazione degli standard Schneider Electric e l'impiego degli strumenti di progettazione / industrializzazione (PMP SSQM, DFMEA / PFMEA,...), affinché il nuovo prodotto possa essere accettato dal sistema produttivo nel rispetto dei target definiti; garantire una corretta informazione Bottom/Up al fine di assicurare un corretto livello di escalation nel caso maggiori deviazioni nel flusso di sviluppo del nuovo prodotto siano riportati al corretto livello di management.
Pianificare ed attuare tutte le metodologie di prevenzione (FMEA Processo/Prodotto – Audit – Piani di prelevamento) per identificare i problemi prima del loro accadimento; Monitorare che i processi di produzione rispettino i Piani Controllo Prodotto Processo stabiliti.
Supportare e favorire il processo di "Root Cause Analysis" relativamente ai problemi di qualità ed assicurare la risoluzione dei problemi nel suo settore.
Monitorare e facilitare l'interazione tra AQQP e Customer Advocate team, effettuando l'analisi dei customer claims, assicurandosi che la loro soluzione conduca ad un efficace aggiornamento dei piani di robustezza (PCP, FMEA, …) Monitorare e assicurare l'implementazione dei piani di Controllo Qualità, quali i test di monitoraggio periodici per i prodotti finiti (Out Of Box) e le istruzioni per il Controllo Qualità in fase di produzione e di collaudo finale.
Richiedere periodicamente gli audits delle linee di produzione seguendo la pianificazione specificata dal Sistema Qualità e dalla PQ di riferimento favorendo la verifica sistematica dello sviluppo delle azioni correttive che ne derivano.
Assicurare la propria partecipazione a tutte le attività tese al miglioramento, adottando un atteggiamento proattivo e di contribuzione alla risoluzione dei problemi facilitando l'interazione tra team coinvolti.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Laurea triennale o magistrale in ingegneria meccanica o elettronica.
Da 3 a 5 anni di esperienza in materia di raffreddamento con focus sulle applicazioni DataCenter.
Capacità di comunicazione e relazioni con particolare attenzione alle relazioni e all'esperienza di contatto con i clienti.
Conoscenza di prodotti e servizi di raffreddamento, ad esempio Chiller - CDU - inRoom - inRow.
Approccio orientato al lavoro di squadra.
Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese, qualsiasi altra lingua è un plus.
