We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Manager to join us in Rotork Lucca to be at the heart of a successful business.Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for planning, organising and managing all manufacturing-related functions to achieve the highest levels of quality and customer service in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
You will utilise the proven Lean and Continuous Improvement techniques to ensure the achievement of Rotork's business goals.This role is ideal for those with a desire to lead and steer a site towards world class manufacturing excellence.Qualifications Experience RequirementsProven experience in site management within a manufacturing environmentStrong expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and/or other formal productivity improvement programmesOutstanding management skills with the ability to coach others towards excellenceExperience of product line introduction and change managementThe Successful CandidateIs results driven – maximises effort to remove obstacles and achieve business resultsHas excellent planning and organisational skillsIs committed to driving Lean and CIIs an excellent communicator and people leader#J-18808-Ljbffr
